Bruce has been practicing Real Estate Sales since 1986. His unique approach to listing properties is supported by his own in house maintenance department. Bruce started years ago preparing properties before they went on the market for sale, he was the guy who pulled up in his pick-up truck and cleaned out the garage and the basement, washed and waxed floors. Fast forward 20 years and you may still see Bruce loading up a basement or two to get a house ready for sale. Bruce shines when working with the senior community in assisting them to prepare for the sale of their home. He not only markets and sells their homes, he will assist in overseeing the moving process and helping to break down and pack years’ worth of belongings. Married to Mindy Kaplan who is also involved in the business. They have four grown children who live throughout the country. They reside in Cranston with their long haired Dachshund.
